Concerned About IDB Lifestyle
I got a job offer to work at an IDB. I’m coming from a sales position but not a banking position so I’m used to the after hours corporate culture. What I’ve learned though is that being a broker means taking clients out to dinner and drinks, parties, clubs etc is part of the job of keeping your network relations close. Concerned about how sustainable it is to be drinking and partying 3-4 times a week. Can anyone in this industry shed some advice?
