CS vs. Citi
Both 2023 summer in snt, CS base in NY and Citi base in HK
Hong kong obviously has better comp but more curious on exit opps/career trajectory (I'm an international student)
Also kinda want to know why people choose one city over the othe

If you want to be in the US, take CS. Both of these guys play on basically the same playing field, so it should really come down to location, culture, group, etc.
I would also add that if you have any inkling of wanting to be in the US down the line, I’d recommend taking CS as it’s in NY. A lot easier to get out of NY than get in.
Will also note that with less and less banks sponsoring internationals these days, if you want to be in nyc, I’d recommend taking this opportunity
This is just completely untrue, comp for S&T is significantly higher in NY compared to Hong Kong
Is it because of the bonus in ny is high? Cuz bases are the same and I thought hk has significantly lower tax
