Dec 2025 Grad. S&T to FT IB?

Hey everyone,

I have currently done 2 S&T internships at a midsize bank and a large LOAM. I have one more internship available and am graduating in December of 2025.
I am simultaneously trying to recruit for FT 2025 (December start) and also an internship to either convert to FT or help spice up my resume.

I really want to leave S&T after some consideration and make my way instead to the GE/PE space eventually.
Is it even possible to FT recruit with no IB experience? Are any firms recruiting still? Am I screwed with an off cycle December graduation?

Much appreciated to anyone who can give advice.
