Decent portfolio mgmt tools for retail investors?

Are you guys aware of decent portfolio / risk mgmt tools offered by retail brokers (e.g. TD, Etrade) to individual investors?

I've used Scottrade, TD before and now with IB, not one seems to have a decent PM tool for retail investors.

Given the correction in the market of the last couple of weeks, it strike me that individuals would have a tough time navigating the market, and without robust pm / risk disciplines in place, many could be loosing their shirts, or worse.
