Mainly macro funds that hire from s&t experience; I might be wrong but most which hire out of undergrad here in the uk hire for middle office positions and it’s a similar story with trading houses. You ofc have the opportunity to try and get a trading seat eventually but it’s not guaranteed and you will earn less in the years leading up than in BB S&T.
