Haven't heard of the program. Here's the main question: New Jersey or Houston?

Hmm... with the Hess acquisition/merger most of the gas is done out of NJ... at least the NE US stuff. Curious how the program treats that or if it just ignores it and focuses on Houston activities (power, rest-of-US gas)
