Do I have a chance at getting a job at BofA with a felony
I am currently looking to get a job at Bofa in S&T. When I was 19 I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. That ultimately lead to a conviction on my record (4 fourth degree possession of marijuana felony)..Fast forward a few years, my current GPA is a 3.67 and I have a decent experience (big four accounting firm). What are the chances that I get rejected after the BG check is conducted .The waiting period is roughly four years to get it expunged.
