do most BBs recruit full time for trading positions?
Kind of curious on what's the prospect of getting a trading position with a BB if one is not a SA at the firm. I assumed most positions are filled by SAs but do the firms still visit schools and actively recruit?

If S&T traditionally hire a smaller percentage of their SA class compared to IBD (~60% vs 80%), then where do all the kids with no offers go to?
