I would think global markets analyst sounds better if you want to position for FT recruiting in IB or Consulting. Depends on what desk you were on as well. I used to be in Macro Sales (I talked about foreign M&A acquisitions and ensured that I could walk through the deals - to make the experience more relevant to banking).
