Does structured trading have good compensations and good exit opportunities?
Specifically, I am asking about cross-asset solution desks like QIS trading. My understanding is a lot of the revenue comes from fees so would this hinder an opportunity to transition to the prop shops/HF as you don't get much exposure to prop trade? Would your bonuses be tied as well?
