Earrings in finance/trading floor
I am an incoming S&T intern and was wondering what the street culture is like with regards to earrings on guys.
I have 2 lobe piercings on one ear only that arent super flashy, wondering if these are okay to wear to work as I hate switching them out/the holes closing up.
Is there a stigma or has industry gotten better about it?

Trading floors tend to be more casual than IBD offices, so you are fine. You just have to look presentable in any part of the industry, no need to stress about it, ear piercings are common.
