Entry point

For someone who is out of college for about 5 years and wanting to get an entry in trading, what is the best way to get in ? BB firms or Hedge funds ? Is the system set up to hire only the recent graduates ?

Thanks a lot.

Unless you want to work at some small prop trading firm with no reputation, your best bet would probably be to go back to school and get your Masters (in business / finance/ financial engineering)

Edit: actually if you're pretty confident in your ability to trade, then you may want to try the first route
