I'm starting a full-time role in Equity Risk (on the trading floor) at a top BB next year. Was wondering if anyone could comment on the bonus range/compensation for analysts, as well as for comp range for higher-up positions (Associate, VP, etc). Was also wondering how difficult it would be to move to a trading role eventually. Thank you!
