ER and S&T
With Summer 2024 applications opening up, I was wondering if I would get dinged for applying to both ER and S&T roles at the same bank. I know the two industries are different, but at the same time I know that there are limited spots in both and I find both interesting as I really enjoy public markets. Of the two, I’m much more interested in sales and trading, but I thought doubling my applications may help my chances of landing a gig. Any advice would be great
at MS at least, i was told by HR through an associate that you can apply to three business areas and it won't affect your chances. hope this helps
