ETF Sales Salaries

Hi all ,

I am currently interning at a fortune 100 buy side fund of fund managment firm. They have alot of great opportunities that i think can benefit from. I am very passionate about sales and had interned before at BB Sales support and internal sales positions. I wanted to ask as in our firm there is a big focus on ETF, there are alot of sales gals and guys. I want to ask if someone can give me a break down as to how ETF sales is differnt from any other product sales/ equitty/ fixed income and what are the work ethics alongside a ball park on compensation, Thank you
