*Europe* No responses to S&T SA applications, what to do?

Hello people,

Some background: white male, hetero, 23 yr old (no diversity), no name brand employers on CV but some programming experience and experience in boutique M&A firm in my city, currently in my 1st year MSc in Finance. Have been sending out applications for S&T SA for about a month now, all BB in London, doing multiple numericals, HireVue interviews and so on and so forth. Have done about 35 applications in terms of volume to put things in perspective. Still, NOTHING in terms of AC or phone interviews... I have been rejected from some but mostly just no answer whatsoever. Just keep getting mails to "keep in touch, we are reviewing your application".

Now to my questions: first of all, does anyone have any input on what's going on? Have I not sent out enough applications? Anyone in the same boat? Am I screwed by now or should I keep applying?

Other questions: what kinds of other positions could I apply to that are relevant for S&T? Also, if I apply for multiple positions within the same bank, will everyone be able to see all my applications or just the division in question?

Please keep in mind I'm in Europe.
