European power/gas trading compensation

Hi All,

Does anyone have any insight into compensation for front office roles in the power/gas space in Europe at the moment i.e what is 'typical' compensation for an analyst or trader (entry, mid-level and senior) and has this changed over the past few years? It's difficult to find information relative to other areas. I know eleven recruitment used to publish a salary survey but I'm unsure of its accuracy.
