Expected comp for experienced prop trading hire?

Have currently worked at a very well known options market maker for 3-5 years (think Belvedere level). I've found a headhunter who's found me a couple of positions at some second tier trading firms (think TMG, Peak6 level). What is the going rate for a trader of my experience?

Boss is a prick but has been there for 20 years so he's there to stay. I want to keep trading my product but don't want to work under current boss.

Started at 100k all in, increased by about 50% each year. This year is supposed to be good.

All market making. You inherently take short term positions when market making. Did take some small long term positions as well but strength is market making.
