Exposure&Exit opportunity JPM structured Equity Financing
Has anyone have ever heard about Structured Equity Financing at JPM trading side. It seems to be focusing on principle structured lending business for financial sponsors and all kinds of institutions.( pe, hedge fund, family office etc) Work includes structure and execute margin Loan and fund financing transactions against liquid and illiquid assets… So unlike the traditional structured finance, it’s not doing abs or clo.
I’m just wondering what the exit opportunities and pay with the desk. What’s the mobility to pe, hedge fund and banking? Are the skills transferable? Really appreciate if anyone can give me some insights!
