Final Round - S&T
Hey everyone, I have a final round for a S&T SA role coming up next week and am just wondering what I should be expecting. I'm thinking it will be mostly behavioural, but don't know whether it's worth continuing to work on technicals or not. It's with two very senior MDs, if that makes a difference. Thanks for your help.
Generally speaking as you move to more senior people the more behavioral/fit-based the interview becomes (not always).
With that said now its not the time to let up so I’d just make sure to stay on top of markets (yahoo finance, wsj, economist).
