First Year BB S&T Total Comp
I recently received a lower tier BB offer for its 2022 S&T program. The base is 85k and sign on is 10k. In the letter it said my total reference comp is 105k. Did I get lowballed? Should I email HR to negotiate my offer(although I have no leverage)?
85K Base 10K Signing 25% discretionary EOY bonus sounds kind of nail on the head for S&T right now. Mine was 90K base 5K signing 25% discretionary EOY bonus.
Which BB is still 85?
Deutsche is still 85k
Citi is also still 85k.
It’s 85k now but getting adjusted to $100-110k in the next 2 months
So do you expect 2022 hires' base salary to change before we hit on the desk? Or it is at Citi only :(
it's probably your group. Not all S&T groups are created equal
