What are the general thoughts on this forum regarding Morgan Stanley S&T, particularly in the fixed income or commodities spaces? General information on culture, hours, comp, etc. would be greatly appreciated. I am very young in my career and am fielding multiple offers.

MS is known for equities. They definitely have some great desks in FICC, but the general perception of their FICC division is that it’s a bit weaker than GS, JPM, and likely even Citi and BofA.
