Follwing Up
I've applied to a fair amount of of BB S&T FT positions and have yet to hear anything back. I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions as to what may be appropriate to put in a follow up email to HR. I'm from a non-target so I don't expect to really get much attention from their online portal but I have experience at a BB working in the technology division as an SA. The general idea I have is to introduce myself, stress my enthusiasm for XYZ company and a brief outline as to why I believe I would be successful in the organization along with attaching a CL and CV. Any other suggestions / guidance would be appreciated.

You will not hear anything back by applying to these firms online. The best thing to do is somehow get ahold of someone's email that is higher-up and give them a cold email or phone call. You will not get anywhere with your current game plan.
