Futures Trading

Hello All,

I had a curious question in general do trading desks take on after hours trading? Or do most desks operate on normal trading hours to reap the most rewards? Are there firms out there that do trade after hours?

Also I wanted to ask how do desks manage the overseas markets from the US when they are done in different time zones?
