FX execution for pending orders

I just start trading with IBFX, but having some issues regarding their execution service. Since I’m still new in FX industry, I cannot be sure that IBFX’s execution is common for FX market. Some of my pending orders were canceled by the dealer although the price did hit the entry point. I contacted IBFX, and they said the order was canceled due to market volatility. I do see that market was volatile that time, but is it common in FX market?

Any comments would be highly appreciated.

By the way, of course we need reliable broker who can execute pending order very well.

But I didn’t experience that situation like you, but I saw some case in the internet. I’m also novice trader, so I’m afraid of that. I have been searching for quite some time and had come across many broker companies like Oanda, FSIFX, Easy Forex and Etoro. But I don’t know what is the most. Does anyone have experienced trading with them?

joe.cHow long does it usually take for market orders to be executed?

less than 1 sec

A few times, it took over 5 seconds for my market orders to be confirmed at FSIFX. Is there anything I need to be alarmed?

johnnymI do agree with zarah, 5 seconds is very slow execution. If it happens again, you should move on to another broker

Delay in execution, Sliperage or Cancelation of pending order… Any broker who has non of such issues?
