Gathering data for paper, suggestions on where to find historic forward fx rates?

Hi all, currently in the data gathering stage of a paper i need to write for university, analysing EMH in forex markets. Ive managed to gather all needed spot data (Euro - sterling, usd, jpy, nok) for 1999-2016, but am having a hard time finding any forward exchange rate data going back to 1999 for those pairs. The ECB website only records spot data, for instance.

Does anyone know of a good data repository, in regards to historical forward rates?
