Ghosted By HR?
Hello all,
Had a phone screen with a commodities shop at the beginning of the month for a summer position. The interview went well and got the second round invite the same day. The invitation instructed me to email the head of HR to schedule the next round, and to reach out through call or text for any questions.
After sending my schedule I received no response and followed up a few days later and reached out to my interviewer. I also texted and called to no avail this week.
Any idea why this could be? I find it pretty odd considering I got the second invite so soon, so far it's the only case I can find where someone has moved on in the hiring process but is getting ghosted. Anything I should do at this point?
