I do not know for sure however would be inclined to think it would be Rates or Credit. Definitely not currencies on a relative basis. Trying to exit the commodities space I assume. No idea about equities. So I've arrived at Rates/Credit by process of elimination.
The credit desks are very good. They are making huge strides to "improve" their FX desks
