Good Value Adds?
Heyo,
Was wondering if people on some desks could drop some things that an intern could value add. I know it was Excel a few years ago, not sure what it’s different now.
Was considering learning either VBA, Python, or how to use BB’s API, but would love feedback from someone who uses (or doesn’t) any of these skills. Ultimately looking to end up in a FI S&T or DCM role. Cheers.
I think there was a post yesterday or the day before about some guys who only had to work 10 hours per week because of how good his VBA skills are. Now I want to take a VBA course over the summer.
IB or S&T? Never heard of VBA being all that useful, but it could be. Guess I’ll start asking around.
