GS superday

Hi guys curious if anyone recently done a GS superday for SA 25'? If so, how long did it take to hear back? Thanks.

Been hearing email rejections being sent out quicker than phone offers but not sure if its true. Seems very unstructured post AC.

Think outcome post AC is 2-3 weeks but just curious if this aligns with anyone whos received an outcome.

Also, any ideas on rough conversion % from AC to offer is? ik its hard to tell but from what people have seen/experienced any insight would be interesting!

Based on the most helpful WSO content, here are some insights regarding GS (Goldman Sachs) superday and conversion rates:

  1. Response Time Post Superday:

    • It typically takes 2-3 weeks to hear back after the assessment center (AC).
    • Email rejections are often sent out quicker than phone offers, but this can vary.
  2. Conversion Rates:

    • Historically, GS has had a conversion rate of around 50% for summer analysts (SA) to full-time offers. This rate can fluctuate based on the year and specific circumstances.

When I recuited for IB I would have a feedback in 2 days but seems S&T is vastly different. We are waiting 1 month for offer / rejections which doesn’t makes lots of sense

I did my interview 10 days ago for Financing SA, havn't heard anything back. Anybody else in a similar boat or been given an offer?
