Congrats on DB!

But if it is BOFA afaik BOFA converts something like 95% of interns and they only work till 10pm during their internship

If you’re concerned about conversion I’d pick that since GS / JPM conversions are much more random

Is that high conversion figure for S&T? Thought it was only for banking.

Some years GS converts a lot but others (like last year) they convert under 50% and send the poor performs into PWM, JPM is also quite bumpy in terms of conversion inconsistencies but not as much as GS.

I would consider BofA over both but not DB.

If Bofa I'd take it, I liked most of the ppl I met on their teams, the conversion rate is sky high and strong in FI from what I remember (dk about rates specifically). Random note on Bofa though, they appear to be shifting quite a bit of the operations to Paris, dk if that represents any changes to consider in terms of the Ldn office

Also, think JPM better than GS here just from the conversion horror stories I heard on GS, just seemed quite rough (culture as well but that's a very generalising statement obviously)

If you dont mind me asking, are the salaries at JP/MS for S&T 70 or 80 ?

IMO, standard answer would be if it’s BoA take it. But if it’s goldman and you’re ready for really hustling the full offer it shouldn’t be a question, depends on your risk appetite. JPM > Deutsche all day however, even if you don’t land the FT offer from JPM it’s a heavily strong internship to have on your CV. Albeit certainly rare, I’ve seen people (London) land PE roles with just a JPM internship.
