Help me choose desk for trading internship
BB NYC, whats the best desk to intern that maximizes comp and offers long term job security for a non-STEM major. Public Finance, FX Options, Equity Derivatives Structuring, or Oil?
What do you study/how comfortable with math/coding are you? Can’t speak to other banks, but at JPM I remember energy and edg structuring desks required some decent python knowledge. FX vol doesn’t code much but it’s still a technical product that is easier to learn with a solid foundation in math
