Help needed with a few questions on Industry in general

Hi

I need some help with a few questions on Capital Markets and Investment banking industry.

1) Which client segments (eg. Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds,Corporates, Financial institutions etc.) are attractive for banks in the current market?

2) Which financial products are in preference today? I assume with the expected increase in interest rates, the products could be from Fixed Income trading segment

3) Which mode of financing is better for Corporate segment? Is it raising money from banks directly unsecured (which was the norm when banks could easily distribute money) or through an IPO or corporate bond issuances? How has it changed in trends over the last 5 years?

Thanks in advance Wayne
