Hey guys,
I'm really interested in the currency market and have been following the pound-dollar for a while now. I have enough time to follow a couple of other currencies.
I don't have any preferences on which ones as long as it does not closely correlate with GBPUSD (USDCHF, for example). Additionally, my ultimate goal would be to land trading position at a spot fx desk in a BB. Therefore, i thought - hey, might as well follow some currencies that are "hot" in the BBs right now.
Does anyone have ideas what those currency pairs might be right now? I was thinking GBPUSD because fx is so big in London and some of the Yen pairs due to the popularity and news coverage of the carry trade. Anyone else have any opinions?
