How do you respond to "do you have an offer already?" (particularly for BNP or RBC)
So I got an offer from my summer internship but I don't like the division/desk/firm (BB) so I'm interviewing at a bunch of other firms. How do you respond when they ask whether I have offer already? Should I disclose that or not? I'm particularly interested if anyone has anything to say for BNP or RBC as those two are my first choice.
Yes, if you got an offer definitely don't hide it. If you try to hide the answer they will assume it is no, and stigmatize you.
I've heard that RBC doesn't like it if you say you have an offer elsewhere...so don't tell them outright.
