How does someone get BB interviews but not smaller banks?
Hi so I’ve been noticing this trend among a bunch of folks at my school: some ppl would get interviews at BBs like UBS, GS, JPM but got rejected during resume screens by BNP, HSBC, RBC nomura etc. you get the idea. With similar level of networking. Is resume screen really just luck?
