I've seen a lot of conflicting viewpoints on this forum. Some people say you get 5% of the revenue you generate for the desk if you're a (sometimes VP) Director, ED, MD.. others say there is no solid number and it depends on a lot of other factors ie politicking etc. What could someone who is no longer junior realistically be pulling in? Mostly $1M? What does this depend on?
