How soon is too soon to change jobs? / Dream Job

Hi there,

will try to keep it brief but: Uni grad, started as a credit strategy analyst in Aug 2021. enjoy my job, intellectually stimulating etc, but my dream job has always been desk sales (credit sales etc) - just seen a job posting for my dream job that starts in 2022 (no idea which month etc) - looking for someone who’s graduated within last two years to go straight into the role. I don’t know how long this opportunity is going to up etc, so:

1) would it look bad if I was interviewing within 3-4 months of starting my first job

2) could word get back to my current employers

3) would I be disadvantaged / looked down upon for jumping ship within a year to a completely different role?

4) is credit sales > credit strategy in terms of the long term?
