how to best prepare for UBS round table event

Hi all,

I was invited to an UBS women's round table event tomorrow. I've had a summer analyst role but never gone through a round table event and was wondering:

1) what is a round table event? 2) how can I best prepare for it? 3) if it's a women's round table event - will the director/partners at the round table be all women? 4) what are some good questions to ask?

Any tips/advice will be MUCH appreciated.

Thank you! LadyEva

It's just an opportunity to talk to a lot of different people from the company at different levels (not all female). Best preparation would be know what's going on in the markets/economy and be able to ask intelligent questions about the firm...pretty low key overall.
