How to land a job as Jr Trader / Trading assistant being a third world country resident?

Hi community hope you are well,

Currently I have been working in Operations for Sales & Trading for Bulge Bracket as an Intern for two years (here in Mexico Internships are part time jobs until graduation no summer/vacation internships). I am looking to advance to a Front Office Role, internally or in other firms, but rotation is quite rare, and, here in Mexico firms normally ask for experienced Traders must of the time in BB, Mutual Funds, etc. Prop shops or Hedge funds are basically non-existent because Market is underdeveloped compared to other countries. Also, I have been looking to move a more developed country where Trading positions as junior/entry level are more abundant. Any advice in how could I land a Job offshore or locally?

Thanks, for your advice, I hadn't considered the option of working for the Central Bank or Hacienda. I'll look into that. Also, what do you think is requiered for a FO position at one of the Big Banks or at the Pension Funds?

Forgot to mention, I work at one of the biggest IB's in the world in the Trading floor as MO, but here in Mexico, the subsidiary is more like a boutique. That why I'm finding difficult to move internally. I I would like to gain FO expirience.
