How To Prep For BB S&T Internship

Hey WSO community, junior in college rn and I have a SA 24 internship coming up at a BB. Do not know my desks yet (it is a rotational internship) but I'd like to try out both sales desks and trading desks. Areas of interest is mostly FICC and structuring (not too sure on equities due to it being already so vulnerable to automation).  This community has been really helpful to me over the last 2 years so here's me asking again. I want to put my best foot forward in the internship and want to start preparing for it. Any advices on what I can do to get that process started?

Books to read, concepts/theories to know, how to interact with people in the office, who to interact with more (senior folks or junior folks), how to dress (business formal everyday or business casual), grabbing coffee/lunch with colleagues, how to show them I'm a comptetent guy and eager to learn. Really just want to present the best version of myself so I'd love to hear from the experiences of others here and how they went about their summer analyst weeks to secur their return offers. In S&T particularly, I understand that interns have very little value add without the licensing so I want to be as much of an asset to my group as is possible.

Thank you again.
