Good questions are not ones you prepare for, but ones that you are genuinly interested in and come up with the flow of conversation.
^^ agreed. always good to ask about why they chose the profession, the qualities that make the most successful guys on the desk stand out and to be able to have a good grasp on gio-poli/ macro topics...just in case someone asks you your opinion on wtf is going on in the world.
