IB or S&T Junior Internship??

Hello,

I am a sophomore currently deciding between my offers right now. I have an offer for S&T (a sales desk) at Citi/Barclays/BofA and an offer for Investment banking from Mizuho/RBC/Jefferies. I personally do not want to do either S&T or IB long-term and I am interested in either full-time recruiting next summer or exiting to PE/HF after my analyst years. What would you recommend me to do for my junior summer?

what do you want to do full-time? If it's PE/HF what specifically in those industries?

Ex: If you want to be a HF macro trader then exposure to S&T is likely better, but if you want to be an HF analyst, I'd think IB would be better, whereas if you want to go to PE I'd think IB would be better
