IB to Trading
Current SA in IBD at a BB. Have received feedback and it is positive. Doing a good job and am set for return offer. I have reservations about doing this FT and my previous internship was S&T. S&T internship was at a different bank. I wanted to try banking and have realized my personality/interests is more towards S&T. Anyone know if attempting to switch internally is a good idea or how I should go about recruiting? Any info would be well appreciated. Thank you.
