IB to Trading
Anyone make the move from IB to trading? What drove your decision? How hard was the move? Any regret leaving banking?
Personally considering a move after my 1st year as an IB analyst but not sure where to start.

Made the move from ib to s&t, although it wasn't linear. Did 2 years in advertising before I came back. Much prefer the work in s&t to ib, infinitely more intellectually stimulating.
