IBD to S&T FT
Didn’t realize I wanted to do S&T until it was too late and missed the window for any SA recruiting. What does FT recruiting look like for S&T? Is it even feasible to land something without getting a SA return offer right now given competitiveness and market conditions? Unfortunately don’t have any S&T specific experience, so any suggestions on how I could beef the resume to be more S&T specific would be lovely as well..
