IBD -> Trading, any advice?

Here's my current situation: did an S&T internship 2 summers back at a European bank, did an IBD internship at a US bank last summer, decided that I enjoy trading more and would want to pursue that full-time. However, not many banks in London (my location) seem to be hiring for their S&T roles this year.

As a result, I have applied to several prop trading houses in London, including the usual suspects such as DRW, Tibra, Maven, Jane Street, Citadel, Jump.

So here is where I need help with: - do you guys have any advice for interviewing with these shops? - what's the reputation like for Maven / Tibra? - any other good shops that I should also apply to?

Many Thanks!
