If a merger deal is all stock, what is a rule of thumb we can use to determine if its ACCRETIVE or DILUTIVE if its ALL STOCK?
Would we be looking at p/e ratios? Thanks so much!

Acquiring a company with a higher p/e, all else being equal, should be dilutive. Lower p/e should be accretive.
