Hey, I'm from the EU but applied to their Summer Trading program. I had the tests, now I’m invited to do the video interview. Anybody applied to them, I want to ask if they give it to everybody applying or there was any selection before/after the tests? Thank you!

Got to the 3rd round before getting kicked out. Was for a full-time in EU though, so might be a bit different.
The interview rounds are pretty structured: tests -> video (one fit + one brainteaser) -> Skype (fit, 2 brainteasers and a MM game) -> in-place
