IMC Trading vs Susquehanna International Group (SIG)

As the title suggests, I am interested in the differences between IMC and SIG as a Trader.

I have heard IMC has better culture but also that SIG pays more (at least initially as a Grad, but can't find any numbers to verify this claim).

It'd be great to hear from anyone who has experience as a trader at either of these firms or knows anything about grad comp, career/pay progression and WLB/Culture.
